Charming but a bit isolated
Luna Llena Tulum offered a safe haven for my solo travels. The serene outdoor pool was a dream, perfect for unwinding with a book. I also enjoyed the spacious room and high ceilings, giving it a lovely airy feel.
Despite the charm, the location felt a bit far from the lively parts of Tulum. Few transportation options were available, and the breakfast was a bit too simple for my taste, lacking fresh fruits or variety.

Breakfast might be basic, but the real culinary adventures await just a stroll away! Pizzeria Manglar is a must-try for authentic flavors, while Xiximak Restaurante is a gem for unique dishes. Plus, the outdoor pool area is absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun!
While the WiFi was a bit hit-and-miss, no worries—it gives you an excuse to explore those fab cafes nearby! All in all, my stay was fab, with so much to love at Luna Llena.

The Queen Room at Luna Llena was spacious and really clean with a huge balcony, which I loved. It felt bright and airy, perfect for relaxing. Though the breakfast was pretty basic, the outdoor pool area made up for it—totally stunning and a great place to unwind. Just wish the WiFi was better for streaming those Netflix shows!

The outdoor pool area is gorgeous, and I felt safe and well-cared for as a solo female traveler. The location was lovely, quiet yet close to great restaurants and cafes, with a nice 20-minute bike ride to the beach!
WiFi was occasionally unreliable, which made it tricky for work calls sometimes.

As a solo traveler, safety was a priority, and the private keys for both the property and my room provided peace of mind. The welcoming outdoor pool area was a lovely spot to relax, though accessibility could be improved, as it was a bit far from the bustling town center with limited nearby transportation options. Breakfast was minimal, just toast and coffee, lacking healthy options like fresh fruit. Overall, my experience was enjoyable, though some amenities could have made it feel more complete.
